A not-so good PowerPoint presentation came across my desk and became a vehicle for instruction. I called it The Good and Bad of Documentation, made a clever montage for the cover slide, listed good and bad elements of documentation in general, and PowerPoint issues in particular. Then I took six slides from the not-so good presentation and used various animations to both annotate them, and demonstrate how and why to use that particular animation.
