The DiSC personality assessment is a widely-used tool in business to evaluate and better understand employees and clients by measuring them in four areas—Dominance, influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. One technique for visualizing how people fall into these categories is to use a circular graph separated into quadrants that correspond to each area. I created this mapping tool using an interactive PDF to enable users to enter their team and map each member on the graph by dragging ovals that correspond to each team member.
